Mechanical rail stressor to approach rails MM 3

This rail stressor has been realized for performing, in complete safety, the aluminothermic welding of the rails. Its effectiveness has been more than proven by its maneuverability, reduced cost and easy operation. It consists of:

– a robust structure able to withstand the high stress of the tensile force;
– four interchangeable clamps for different rail types;
– a hoist with ergonomic handle and chain with hooks.
