Short circuiting and continuity with clamps

This device consists of two forged brass clamps with screw tightening and an extra flexible copper cable coated with transparent silicon. It is used for doing a short circuit between two rails, signalling the presence of personnel along a specific area of the railway line.
Optional: plastic box for transporting it easily.
